BRIANNA REED - OWNER/ HEAD TRAINER & INSTRUCTOR, USEF
Meet the Owner and Head Trainer, Brianna Reed
As the owner of Riding Club of Austin, Brianna Reed brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to the table. Although Brianna was raised in Austin, Texas her roots come from a small town in Texas, Cedar Hill. Here she developed a deep connection with animals and nature. Whether it was raising longhorns in Midlothian, Texas and showing lambs in the FFA or bringing home lost dogs, Brianna’s affinity for animals has always been a driving force in her life. Starting from a very young age Brianna began receiving professional instruction in the disciplines of Eventing, Hunt Seat, and Show Jumping later competing in the Texas show circuit as well as A rated shows. She would eventually find herself developing an extensive background in veterinary medicine working as a technician in multiple surgical settings monitoring anesthesia or directly assisting surgeons in the operating room. This decade of experience in veterinary medicine has honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the intricacies of horse health.

JESSICA KING - INSTRUCTOR, PATH CERT.
Jessica spent her early childhood into late teens competing in hunter/jumper and 3 day eventing at local and state level shows in Texas, Oregon and California. While working on her BA in Psychology, she took a part-time job instructing and training at a riding school in California, where she realized right away that she had a passion for teaching. Since moving back to Texas 12 years ago, she has ventured in trail guiding, learning western disciplines, running equine camp programs, has trained in natural horsemanship techniques, achieved her PATH certification and has program directed for and taught at multiple therapeutic riding facilities. Now, at RCA, she’s loving teaching hunter/jumper again and getting back to her original passion and roots!
